Head of Investor Relations
The Head of Investor Relations is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the investor relations function at Sygnum and will ensure communication with investors, analysts and other stakeholders. The role includes the development of an investor relations strategy, investor outreach and the coordination of investor events.

About the role
The position of Head of Investor Relations reports directly to the CEO APAC with a dotted line to the Chief of Staff in Switzerland. The role involves the strategic and operational leadership of the company's investor relations function. The holder of this role will play a critical role in developing and implementing the company's investor relations strategy to effectively communicate its vision, financial performance and future growth potential to key stakeholders.Main tasks:
- Further develop and refine a robust investor relations and fundraising strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and IPO roadmap, together with the Group CEO and CEO APAC
- Serve as a key spokesperson and advisor for investor relations, advise leadership on visibility and reputation within the investor community
- Develop and lead an industry-leading investor relations function, maintaining close relationships with current and potential investors
- Support the Group CEO and CEO APAC in all aspects of fundraising, including narrative development, data room management, leading the legal close process, etc.
- Main contact person and coordinator for investment banks, lawyers and auditors in the preparation and documentation of IPO/M&A activities
- Organization of investor events, including the Annual General Meeting, strategic investor meetings, fundraising roadshows, etc.
- Collaborate with other functional areas to ensure consistent, authentic communication about the business solution
- Contribute to the company's strategic planning process to align focus with expectations of driving long-term shareholder value
- Monitor news sources to identify key investor relations/communication opportunities and needs
Ideal candidate:
- 10 years of experience in corporate finance, investor relations or the investment management industry, preferably with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, technology or business administration, MBA and/or CFA are preferred
- Strong, proven quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with knowledge of financial modeling and valuation methods, data analysis and market research
- Ability to read, interpret and analyze financial, legal and operational documents
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working with MS Word, Excel and related IT systems
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information for diverse stakeholders
- Language skills: Knowledge of English is required, other languages are a plus
- Knowledge and interest in the latest trends in the FinTech industry and digital assets (including asset-backed tokens, cryptocurrencies, etc.)/blockchain/STO/ICO
