Head of IT Governance and Risk, Asia

Tasks

• IT Governance and Risk Management as a regional function responsible for technology governance in key Asian markets and for monitoring critical cybersecurity threats.
• Close collaboration across IT functions to deliver end-to-end value to business partners.
• Achieve impact through risk management and resilience, governance, and cybersecurity.
• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IT governance framework and risk management processes for Asia, including the establishment of policies, procedures, KPIs, control frameworks, documentation, and clear KRIs.
• Optimize and enhance the effectiveness of IT controls for Asia to ensure that IT performance, change management, incident management, vulnerability and patch management, GRC (Governance, Risk, Technology), strong resilience, and other areas are covered.

Position and Team

• Adjustment of the scope of the Head of IT Governance and Risk Asia position due to business growth in Asia.
• The team of 5 will be expanded to 6 people.
• Reports to and is supervised by the Director of IT Governance and Risk.
• The team consists of four people, and the Head of IT Governance and Risk Asia is responsible for defining this and reporting to the Director of IT Governance and Risk.
• Responsibility for the annual budget, change management, incident management, vulnerability and patch management, GRC (Governance, Risk, Technology), strong resilience, and other areas.
