Head of Liquidity Stress Modeling

Tasks

• Specializes in stress testing of companies within the European banking, capital markets, and asset management divisions
• Ensuring compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements
• Supporting business units in understanding and capitalizing on market changes
• Development of appropriate and actionable compliance strategies
• Regulatory Risk Management and the Development of Effective Control Frameworks
• Design, implementation, and monitoring of group-wide regulatory governance processes across all business units
• Assessment of the Regulatory and Compliance Implications of Product Concepts and Product Launches
• Development and monitoring of regulatory and compliance strategies for specific business units
• Monitoring compliance operations across a defined number of business units
• Managing all aspects of an effective business transformation

Requirements

• Background in regulatory affairs, compliance, or a related field
• Degree in finance, economics, law, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in a regulatory or compliance role
• Analytical Thinking Skills
• Proven track record in strategic planning as well as in project planning and implementation
• Proven track record in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Excellent skills in business planning, prioritizing across various projects, and managing developments while understanding stress
• The ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences (technical and non-technical) at all organizational levels
• Strong organizational and mathematical skills for planning, ensuring, and improving delivery while meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High proficiency in modern languages (French, Spanish, German, or Polish) (not required)
