• Head of Market Abuse Detection and Compliance Surveillance (Executive Director)

Tasks

• Monitoring and responding to potentially manipulative market activities on ADMs, including comparative and analytical monitoring, to track and report on the status of reviews of actions taken by domestic and foreign issuers
• Achieving 100% review of all examinations
• Ensure that all cases are properly documented and closed
• Ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion
• Close collaboration with other departments, including the Legal Department, Risk Management, and Operations
• Participation in Audits and Inspections
