Head of Market Access Detection and Compliance Surveillance (Executive Director)

Tasks

• Support the regional compliance team, in close collaboration with the on-site compliance manager, regarding business-specific and regulatory reporting requirements that are not covered by national regulatory requirements.
• Support the national leadership team in developing business-specific regulatory reporting requirements that are not included in national regulatory requirements.
• Development and updating of the regulatory compliance framework, including regulatory reporting requirements (data, key elements) and their impact on the company's regulatory reporting obligations.
• Coordinate the reporting of national IT and its compliance-related data regarding regulatory filings and other regulatory compliance reporting requirements.
• Identify and oversee evaluation, monitoring, and management processes in collaboration with the company’s management partners, and ensure compliance with monitoring and evaluation standards in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance, compliance management, risk assessment and management, and adherence to regulatory requirements that are relevant to the business but are not included in national regulatory requirements.
