Head of Operations
The Head of Operations at Telos in Lauffen is responsible for the strategic management of operational processes, IT infrastructure, and team leadership at a global AI company. The position requires at least five years of experience in IT operations, as well as in-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure and automation.
Tasks
- Overseeing the design, development, and rollout of artificial intelligence solutions.
- Leading a team of engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers to develop and optimize AI models.
- Development and implementation of AI strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of AI algorithms to ensure that they produce the desired results.
- Staying up to date on the latest advances in AI and incorporating new technologies into the company's offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
