Head of Portfolio Management (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility

• Drive the continuous improvement of the operating model, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, governance, and operational excellence.
• Further development of quantitative skills and expansion of the use of proprietary tools, models, and analyses in the investment process to strengthen portfolio management and investment decisions.
• Representing LGT in internal committees and to clients through clear and credible communication of investment views, portfolio performance, and market assessments.
• Further develop the product offering in close collaboration with the front office, research, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a competitive, client-focused, and strategically aligned range of investment solutions.

Your profile

• Strong communication and coordination skills when interacting with front-line staff, investment partners, internal control functions, senior management, and executive management.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build high-performing teams, acting responsibly and with proven integrity, sound judgment, and disciplined decision-making.
