Head of Real Estate Financing Solutions (m/f/d)
As Head of Real Estate Financing Solutions, you will lead the Zurich-based center of excellence for mortgage and real estate financing, serving in the roles of both Key Account Manager and Sales Manager. The position is an integral part of the bank’s advisory portfolio and complements its investment and wealth management strategy.
Tasks and area of responsibility
- Responsibility for the Center of Excellence for Mortgage and Real Estate Financing within the split Private Client Unit
- Integration of the mortgage business as part of the bank's advisory portfolio for long-term products
- Expanding the Client Base Through Investment and Wealth Management Strategies
- Assumption of the role of Key Account Manager
- Assumption of the role of Sales Manager
