Tasks

  • Lead and develop the sales support team in Zurich and Geneva to promote a collaborative, results-oriented, and service-oriented culture.
  • Work closely with the Country Head and Client Advisors on planning, financial tracking, and performance analysis to support commercial objectives.
  • Monitor and interpret key business metrics (AuM, flows, revenue, costs, margins) and provide timely insights to support decision-making.
  • Manage financial coordination and reporting by working with Finance and regional stakeholders to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment.
  • Promote effective stakeholder management by acting as a central coordination point for sales, marketing, operations, compliance, and regional teams.
  • Monitor daily sales operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a high standard of customer service.
  • Maintain oversight of governance and regulatory processes for the Swiss legal entity.
  • Contribute directly to important projects and initiatives by balancing leadership with practical implementation and execution.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales support or business management within financial services or asset management, ideally in a lean, fast-paced environment with direct customer impact.
  • Strong understanding of the Swiss asset management landscape, including products, distribution, and regulation.
  • Proven leadership experience in a lean team, with a practical approach to employee management, motivation, and development.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience in preparing and interpreting management information and reports.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across teams.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) is an advantage.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Fast, adaptable, and effective at multitasking in fast-paced environments.
  • Service-oriented, with a strong commitment to customer results.
  • Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and accountable.
  • Strong team player, supportive and effective in motivating others.
