The Head of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-quality partnerships that align with GlobalINK's strategic objectives. The goal is to build long-term relationships with key partners to drive growth, increase market share and presence, and create mutual benefits.
Job description
Tasks
- Identification and evaluation of potential partners across GlobalINK, including fixed income, FX, ETPs, and transaction cost analysis
- Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with existing and potential partners to achieve ROI
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define partnership strategies that align with GlobalINK's goals
- Management of onboarding, negotiations, and administration of agreements through to completion
- Tracking and analyzing partnership performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives
- Information about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities

Education and preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, technology, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles
- Experience with order management systems, treasury management systems, foreign exchange execution venues, money market portals, transaction cost analysis
- Experience in financial technology sales, particularly in relation to foreign exchange, money markets, and ETPs, is preferred.
