Job description

The position of Head of Structured Solutions - Asia involves managing the sales strategy for structured products in Asia. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for structured solutions in the Asian market, managing the product offering and achieving commercial objectives, collaborating with various departments to ensure effective implementation, promoting innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring product and market trends, promoting continuous learning and development, building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders, and identifying and mitigating risks.

Main tasks

• Head of Sales and Structured Products Offering in Asia
• Collaborate with customer relationship managers and investment advisors to increase sales and penetration of structured products
• Promoting innovation in the field of structured solutions
• Contact with local investment banks and monitoring of market trends
• Ensuring compliance with regulations in all activities in the area of structured solutions
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the customer-facing community
• Support for IT projects to develop a scalable platform for structured solutions
• Identification and minimization of risks associated with structured products

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of experience in sales management of structured solutions
• Strong technical expertise in simple and complex structured solutions
• Proven success in developing and implementing solution strategies
• Fluent English, knowledge of an additional Asian language is an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude and independent working style in a dynamic regional and functional environment
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail
