The position of Head of Wealth Inequality Initiative at Julius Baer involves leading an initiative to tackle wealth inequality, including partnership development, community building, content strategy and internal collaboration. The position is filled at 80% and is limited until 31.12.2027 with possible extension.
Job description
Tasks
- Partnership Development & Fundraising:
- Identifying and approaching potential financing partners and collaborators (e.g. family offices, foundations, private sector allies)
- Securing co-financing
- Maintenance of relationship management
- Community Building & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Development and growth of a network of committed individuals and institutions that support the initiative / the topic of wealth inequality and the work of the foundation
- Creation and monitoring of a structured engagement plan to ensure continued trust and shared responsibility among partners
- Content Strategy & Oversight:
- Lead the Wealth Inequality Platform content strategy to ensure news and content pieces are audience relevant, insight-driven and mission-focused
- Curation and production of content in collaboration with the communications team
- Ensuring that all content is aligned with the tonality, positioning and strategic narrative of the initiative
- Internal Collaboration & Reporting:
- Close cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g. communication, regions) to ensure coherence and alignment
- Reporting on progress against the goals of the initiative, including events, partnerships and content outcomes
