Head of Wealth Management International Desk H/F
The Head of Wealth Management International Desk is responsible for the management and further development of the international business area, in particular for the support of high net worth individuals (HNWIs and UHNWIs) and the provision of comprehensive financial services. The candidate should have at least 8 years' experience in wealth management and excellent knowledge of financial products, legal and tax matters and regulatory frameworks.

Tasks
- Management, development and control of the International Desk in all its support functions
- Definition and implementation of a business plan and all the various actions (with clear objectives) with the bank
- Offer and deliver the Bank's full range of services and products to prospective and existing clients with significant assets to meet client needs while developing internal expertise
- Building long-term relationships with HNWIs (High Net Worth Individuals) and UHNWIs (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals)
- Active and performance-oriented advice to clients on investment solutions (SAA, IBK, life insurance, asset protection, private equity, ...)
- Actively and positively contribute to the growth of the bank's business both locally and internationally
Responsibilities and tasks
- Develop a business plan for the market(s) for which you are responsible
- Function as an interface between the Bank's various business areas
- Advice on the bank's services and products for prospective and existing customers
- Acquisition of new customers through referrals to existing business/leads
- Referral to new business areas, products/instruments or external sectors
- Systematic presentation of offers or solutions for interested parties (e.g. IPV, credit facility/PMM/AVIS)
- Development and retention of an existing customer portfolio (UHNW and HNW)
Additions
- Credit and Treasury Compliance Officer for teams (MIFID2, 80% of regulatory compliance)
- Compliance without exception with all applicable regulations (AML, KYC, etc.)
- Compliance with exception and reporting to the head of the required information in CRM
- Management of all customer contacts and management of the required information in CRM
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience
- Re + 5 years experience in asset management
- Excellent skills in wealth and asset management and financial products
- Good knowledge of legal and tax matters (e.g. trusts, BSt.)
- Very good knowledge of the regulatory framework (AML, KYC, cross-border, ...)
- MIFID2 advisory certification is mandatory
- Excellent communication, commercial and analytical skills
- Proactive, proactive and results-oriented mentality
- Ability to manage risk and work with confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to work with quantitative and qualitative targets
- Results-oriented: efficient management of several projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact and communicate effectively with internal (risk, legal, compliance) and external customers

- Fluent in English and French, any other language is an advantage
