The Head of Workplace & Collaboration position involves leading a team and operating and expanding the digital workplace environment, including managing devices and administering Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate will have experience in workplace engineering and collaboration as well as leadership experience.

Head of Workplace & Collaboration
Your tasks
- Management and further development of the Workplace & Collaboration team
- Operation and expansion of the digital workplace environment
- Management and automation of Windows and macOS devices (Intune, Jamf)
- Administration of Okta and Azure Entra ID (Identity & Access Management)
- Responsibility for M365 services with a focus on collaboration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) incl. Purview, DLP and compliance
- Ensuring workplace security and endpoint protection
- Lifecycle management for workstations, printers and mobile devices
- Close cooperation with security, service desk and projects
What you bring with you
- Several years of experience in workplace engineering / collaboration
- Management experience or willingness to lead a small team
- In-depth know-how in Intune, Windows OS administration and Jamf/macOS
- Experience with Okta and/or Azure Entra ID
- Expertise in M365 administration, especially Teams and SharePoint
- Understanding of endpoint security, policies and automation
- Analytical thinking, structured way of working, strong communication skills
- German and English spoken and written
