Head of Performance & IT Portfolio Manager

Tasks

• You analyze and manage our IT project portfolio to ensure that resources are used optimally and projects are aligned with strategic goals.
• You will monitor the IT run and change budget, analyze investments, and ensure that our resources are used efficiently to achieve the greatest possible added value.
• You drive capability and workforce management forward in order to optimally develop skills and resources and strategically align them with the organizational units.
• You drive continuous improvement by analyzing processes, identifying optimization potential, and developing and implementing innovative solutions.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in the financial industry
• Master's degree (university, university of applied sciences) in business administration or business informatics
• German (business fluent) and English (very good knowledge)
• Experience as a team leader in the area of business, performance, and/or portfolio management in an IT department
• Hands-on mentality with a big-picture approach, strong focus on results, high quality and responsibility awareness, and great reliability
• Ability to understand and prioritize complex interrelationships, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills
