Tasks
- Piloting the growth strategy of the portfolio by ensuring a balance between the acquisition of new clients and the stabilization of existing relationships.
- Actively contribute to the acquisition of new clients by incorporating the Bank's commercial dynamism.
- Ensuring the development and enhancement of the relationship with private banking clients by relying on a profound knowledge of the markets in the Lemanic region and elsewhere in Switzerland, thanks to your network.
- Etre en charge de nos clients dans le domaine Key Clients - des clients privés fortunés et institutionnels sur le marché suisse ayant des besoins d'investissements complexes.
- Collaborate closely with the internal departments (compliance, investments, products, risks) to guarantee a high level of customer service in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Management participatif, favorisant la performance collective.
- Doté(e) d'un sens aigu des responsabilités et d'une orientation client marquée.
- Act with rigor, ethics and professionalism.
- Une parfaite maîtrise du français est indispensable.
- A good knowledge of English and ideally of German is expected.
- Entraîné, un esprit entrepreneurial, une forte implication sur le terrain et une capacité à travailler de manière transversale.
