Head of Product Management AM

Your role

As Head of Product Management AM, you are an ambitious and dedicated leader responsible for designing and implementing the product strategy for Asset Management. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation through launch, maintenance, and decommissioning—and provide strategic product leadership to ensure a competitive, scalable, and regulatory-compliant product offering.

Your tasks

• Define and implement the AM product strategy in consultation with key stakeholders
• Managing the entire product lifecycle, including concept development, structuring, launch, monitoring, and winding down of investment funds and mandates
• Ensuring product positioning and providing support for the group-wide sales channels
• Coordinate among fund companies to ensure consistent product governance and efficient processes
• Driving product innovation, such as the development of actively managed ETFs
• Leading and developing the AM product management team, setting clear performance goals, and fostering a culture of personal responsibility and accountability
• Serve as a liaison between investment teams, fund management companies, the legal department, compliance, operations, risk, etc.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or banking, with a specialization in financial services, or a completed vocational training program or similar banking training
• 10 years of practical experience in fund product management and product development within a regulated asset management environment
• In-depth understanding of investment funds and the relevant regulatory framework, e.g., CISA, UCITS, SFDR
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• A practical mindset
• Leadership experience
• Fluent English; fluency in German is a major plus
