Your tasks

- Leading a team of approximately three to four people and working closely with internal departments, subsidiaries, external agencies, and partners - Responsibility for product development and product launches, including roadshows and marketing rollouts - Creating added value through our sponsorship activities - Planning and implementing B2B and B2C marketing initiatives - Analyzing sales trends and evaluating marketing and promotional activities - Conducting market, customer, and competitive analyses - Writing and editing technical articles, newsletter content, and offers - Providing support in the area of training and education

Your profile

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a comparable field; alternatively, a business apprenticeship with additional training in marketing/sales - Extensive experience in marketing and product management, ideally in the financial services sector - Strong personality with excellent communication skills - Fluent German (native language) as well as very good knowledge of French and Italian - Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and reliably
