EFG International is seeking an experienced Head Receptionist to lead front-of-house operations and provide a luxury, five-star service to clients and visitors. The position requires experience in the luxury hotel industry and outstanding customer service and people management skills.

We are looking for an experienced and professional Head Receptionist to lead our front of house operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in the luxury hotel industry and possess the professionalism, discretion and customer service excellence to represent our brand and deliver an unparalleled customer experience.Key tasks
- Lead and manage the front desk team to ensure excellent, customized service delivery to all customers and visitors that meets five-star hotel standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to enhance the customer experience, including appointment management, concierge services, event support, and in-room and meeting services.
- Maintain a professional, polished appearance and behavior.
- Develop and implement service protocols that meet the standards of the luxury hotel industry.
- Train, mentor and supervise staff to ensure consistency and excellence in customer service and craftsmanship.
- Manage customer requests efficiently, with attention to detail and a personalized approach.
- Perform tasks related to reception, including appointment management, correspondence and event coordination.
Qualifications and skills
- Experience as a Head Receptionist, Front Office Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end service environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a service mentality.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Discretion, tact and confidentiality when processing sensitive customer information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain calm and professionalism under pressure.
- An international outlook and cultural awareness are essential, as is the ability to build relationships with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
- Knowledge of the financial or banking sector is an advantage, but not required.
