Head of Supply & Demand Management 80–100% (m/f/d)

The role

- Managing and optimizing supplier and partner relationships, including contract negotiations with key partners - Leading and developing an experienced team in the area of Supply & Demand Management - Further developing the operating model for the entire Card Center - Setting standards for key elements of complex deals, such as RFP structure, business case, evaluation of solutions/proposals/licensing models, as well as deal structuring and implementation - Leading contract revisions and negotiations with suppliers in close coordination with supply chain sourcers and internal business units

What we wish for

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience (10+ years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role; ideally in the field of supply and demand management)
• a completed degree in law or another relevant field
• Confidence in negotiating with major (intra-group) partners
• strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
• A professional demeanor and confident presentation skills
• Team spirit, a willingness to collaborate, and a very strong understanding of end-to-end processes and system changes
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis (e.g., of supplier contracts) and for effectively presenting regulatory analyses, data analyses, and design remediation proposals to senior management, with a keen eye for detail
