HR Advisor

Job description

The position as HR Advisor is an 18-month fixed-term contract.

Tasks

The main tasks include:

• Management and administrative support for employees and data updates in Success Factors
• Handling of hiring and resignations, including preparation of contracts and certificates
• Support with recruitment in Germany
• Participation in projects related to salary and HR consulting topics
• Participation in the outsourcing process and documentation, such as preparing the outsourcing report and tracking KPIs
• Support during internal and external audits
• Responsibility for benefits administration in Germany
• Participation in the Occupational Safety and Health Committee
• Responsibility for managing pension insurance, including notifications to the pension insurance institution and reinsurance companies (vesting documents, benefit certificates, actuarial valuation)
• Preparation of monthly organizational charts and HR reporting with the support of the relevant specialist team

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:

• HR consulting and business partner experience, as well as strong knowledge of HR compensation and general HR administration
• University degree or completed training or similar qualification with a focus on salary or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships
• Solid knowledge of current German labor law, relevant income tax laws and social security laws, as well as the regulatory environment
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• High degree of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Strong PC skills; Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and data management skills
