HR Business Advisor
JPMorgan Chase is seeking an HR Business Advisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Geneva, Switzerland, to serve as a trusted partner to executives and provide support for HR activities. The successful candidate will work closely with various HR teams to implement a cohesive regional strategy and resolve HR-related issues.

Be the trusted HR partner that executives rely on for complex, time-sensitive, and high-impact decisions. As an HR business consultant in our organization, you will support executives in core HR activities and help them collaborate with other HR staff and specialists to resolve their HR-related issues. We are offering a 6-month fixed-term contract.Tasks
- Works closely with geographically diverse HR teams to deliver a coherent regional strategy. - Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to advise on and facilitate HR processes across various disciplines (recruitment, compensation, benefits, mobility, etc.). - Partners with specialized HR consultants when necessary - Collaborates with local labor consultants, the internal legal department, and the Employee Relations (ER) Center of Excellence to resolve issues involving managers and employees, adapt to new regulations, address complaints and warnings, etc. - Supports the year-end compensation process by ensuring that the fundamentals are accurate (including new hires, departures, and transfers), provides guidance on incentive compensation and salary planning, and supports executives in compensation decisions - Supports the performance cycle by assisting executives as needed with performance questions, issues, and processes, supporting promotion processes, and providing guidance - Supports the implementation of HR agenda initiatives and efforts for a business unit and location. Provides day-to-day consultation on human capital issues - Collaborates with Management Information Systems (MIS) and reporting to understand trends and outliers and facilitate fact-based, metrics-driven decisions for clients - Analyzes processes, data, and trends to provide recommendations to the management team for continuous improvement. - Experience as an HR business consultant required - Extensive experience working in a hybrid HR structure with centralized and decentralized functions that spans departments and locations - Bachelor’s degree required - Knowledge of labor law, HR regulations, and HR practices required. Knowledge of Swiss-specific requirements. Strong compliance and risk culture with the ability to ensure regulatory compliance, address, and resolve complex employee relations issues - Knowledge of the full spectrum of HR practices: Goal setting, performance evaluation and improvement, compensation practices, workforce planning, workforce reduction, leadership development - Demonstrated success in providing objective advice to employees and executives on complex, challenging issues and in mitigating risk - Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with executives. Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong, positive working relationships - Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical skills that enable the use of data to develop HR strategies that support and drive business results.
