HR Business Partner - 80%

Vos missions principales

• to act as a strategic partner to management in the management and development of their teams,
• recruit employees and senior executives,
• Ensure the implementation of HR processes (onboarding, career advancement and skills development, performance and compensation, employer-employee relations), while managing the operational aspects,
• serve as the point of contact for employees regarding any questions and/or concerns, and act as a mediator in special situations,
• actively participate in HR projects.

Votre profil

• a college or university degree in human resources,
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position within a banking or financial institution is a plus,
• ability to organize and carry out projects,
• a solid understanding of Swiss law and human resources,
• interpersonal skills, leadership, independence, and a proactive attitude.
