HR Business Partner - 80%
BCV is seeking an HR Business Partner (80%) with at least 5 years of experience to serve as a strategic partner to management in the areas of talent development and recruiting.
Vos missions principales
- To act as a strategic partner to management in the management and development of their teams
- Recruit senior executives
- Ensure the implementation of the HR framework, and more specifically the processes (onboarding, career advancement and skills development, performance and compensation, and labor relations) that support the operational side
- To serve as the point of contact for employees regarding any questions and/or concerns, and to act as a mediator in special situations
- Actively contribute to the HR division's projects
Votre profil
- College or university degree in human resources
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position within a banking or financial institution is a plus
- Ability to organize and jointly lead projects
- Good knowledge of Swiss law and Swiss human resources legislation
- Interpersonal skills, leadership, independence, and initiative
