Tasks

• You are an important pillar of our HR Business Partner team and are responsible for supporting employees and managers in their cross-functional activities - both internally and externally.
• You are a competent contact person for employees and managers on all relevant HR topics and processes.
• You will be responsible for holistic HR consulting - from recruitment to the recruitment, development, deployment and separation of employees.
• In particular, this also includes supporting the company management in all personnel-related matters, such as employment, salary and social security issues, contracts, disciplinary proceedings, etc.
• Together with your works council, you work in HR administration.

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or have a sound qualification in Human Resources (e.g. HR Management, MAS).
• You have practical experience in human resources, ideally at a financial institution such as a bank.
• As an assistant, you are resilient with a strong service orientation and a personable and professional demeanor.
• You support our team with your independent, self-reliant way of working and your strong communication and teamwork skills.
• If you already have experience in the banking sector, this is a great advantage.
