HR Business Partner

Tasks

• You will guide and support managers in all aspects of employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, development, skills, retention, handling sensitive situations, organizational issues, and disputes.
• Thanks to your HR expertise and analytical skills, you help guide managerial decisions by taking work performance and safety into account.
• You actively contribute to the development of employees' skills through various initiatives and to the professional growth of managers in the area of talent management.
• You will contribute to strategic and cross-functional HR projects, particularly in the context of the transformation and digitization of HR processes.
• You will contribute to discussions regarding the transformation of headcount and tools at headquarters and to the development of the initial monthly reports on headcount data.
• You represent Human Resources to various internal and external stakeholders and ensure high-quality, concise, and structured communication.

Requirements

• You have at least one proven experience in HR in a corporate/Big 4 environment, specifically in the financial sector and with a consultative approach.
• You have solid, proven international experience, particularly in France and/or within an international organization.
• You have solid experience in HR or in a consulting role at a consulting firm.
• Professional excellence, which will be reflected in my performance metrics.
• You are comfortable using digital communication tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Fluency in English: You'll be able to negotiate with our English-speaking partners.
• Your influence, conviction, and integrity will enable you to take action while driving change and growth.
• You are comfortable handling complex situations, always exercising sound judgment and maintaining the utmost discretion.
