Job Description

A business partner focused on supporting executives and managing HR processes. This includes providing support for key HR projects, managing regional recruitment, the employee lifecycle, and the employee experience, as well as performance evaluations, employee retention, and development.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Responsible for strategic recruitment, talent acquisition, and selection processes (talent sourcing, screening, selection, coordinating interviews, actively participating in the interview process, contract management, etc.)
  • Responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, development, retention, severance, internal mobility, benefits, and all related aspects
  • Support for performance management in the region, including performance reviews, planning and goal-setting, rewards and recognition, development and coaching, disciplinary actions, employee development plans, and learning and development initiatives
  • Development and coordination of the regional HR program and the regional monthly calendar of events, including the community program and all cultural enrichment initiatives, as well as management of all associated budgets
  • Support in implementing global HR programs and special projects, as assigned

Requirements and qualifications

  • Degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience. PHR certification preferred
  • 5–7 years of experience in human resources
  • Previous experience in the banking, brokerage, or a related industry
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Excel and presentation skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Must be able to work independently and take the initiative
  • Detail-oriented
