Job Description

A business partner who focuses on supporting executives and department heads, managing human resources, ensuring the quality of HR processes, and providing support for key HR projects. He is also responsible for managing regional recruitment, the employee lifecycle and experience, performance management, retention, training, and development.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Responsible for strategic recruitment, talent acquisition, and selection processes across the entire company (talent acquisition, screening, selection, coordination of interviews, contract management, etc.); adherence to established group processes, including approval processes and all sub-processes.
  • Responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee experience, training and development, retention, internal mobility, benefits, and all related HR processes, utilizing available and enhanced HR tools.
  • Supporting performance management processes for the region, including performance reviews, planning and goal-setting, rewards and recognition, development and coaching, disciplinary actions, personal improvement plans, L&D, employee engagement initiatives, and the development and coordination of the regional HR program and the regional monthly calendar of events, including the community outreach program and all cultural improvement initiatives. In addition, managing all associated budgets.
  • Support in the implementation of global HR programs and special projects, as assigned.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources and/or a related field, or equivalent experience. PHR certification preferred.
  • 5–7 years of prior experience in human resources
  • Previous experience in banking, brokerage, and/or a related field
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Excel and presentation skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Must be able to work independently and take initiative
  • Detail-oriented
