The HR Business Partner supports the company’s top and senior management in implementing the business strategy and provides strategic HR consulting in the areas of change management, organizational development, and human capital management. Job description

The HR Business Partner provides strategic HR advice to the bank’s top and senior management and supports the Regional/Unit Heads and their direct reports in implementing the business strategy. The HR Business Partner acts as a partner to line management in the areas of change management, organizational development, and human capital management, and offers guidance to executives.

key areas

- Consulting and coaching for senior management on human resources management and complex HR issues with a broader scope - Supporting senior management in their human capital management activities, such as strategic workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, low-performer processes, etc. - Consulting on organizational design and development, as well as change management - Analyzing the results of employee surveys and recommending improvement measures for identified areas - Managing and overseeing the year-end process (compensation, performance reviews, and potential assessments) - Supporting the recruitment of senior or key positions in close collaboration with the recruiting teams - Managing strategic HR projects and ensuring compliance with HR policies - Playing an active role in various cost-reduction programs (e.g., identifying synergies, reviewing the geographic footprint); Monitoring FTE/cost budgets in close collaboration with the Region/Unit Head, Business Management, and CFO - Representing HR on the Region/Unit management committees

Professional and technical requirements

- A university degree and additional training in HR management - Extensive experience as an HR business partner, preferably in the financial sector - Extensive experience in project and change management - Experience with senior management contracts, compensation systems, and strategic procurement - Sophisticated verbal and written communication and presentation skills in German and English - Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information at all times - Strong business acumen and a commercial mindset
