Tasks

- Your role will involve supporting business units in making HR decisions; you will be responsible for:

• Consulting on HR solutions that directly impact business results and teams
• analyzing business needs and developing appropriate HR solutions
• the implementation of recruitment, training, and employee development processes
• identifying, planning, and implementing strategies related to organizational culture

Requirements

- Your experience:

• Experience in a role related to HR consulting would be a major asset
• Experience in the banking or financial sector would be a plus

- Your skills:

• fluency in English
• the ability to analyze data, think in terms of cause and effect, and solve problems
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ability to manage change
• strong communication skills
