ING Bank is seeking an HR Business Partner to support business units in HR decision-making and develop solutions tailored to customer needs. The ideal candidate has experience in HR consulting, a good command of English, and strong communication skills.
Tasks
- Your role will involve supporting business units in making HR decisions; you will be responsible for:- Consulting on HR solutions that directly impact business results and teams
- analyzing business needs and developing appropriate HR solutions

- identifying, planning, and implementing strategies related to organizational culture
Requirements
- Your experience:- Experience in a role related to HR consulting would be a major asset
- Experience in the banking or financial sector would be a plus
- fluency in English
- the ability to analyze data, think in terms of cause and effect, and solve problems
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ability to manage change
- strong communication skills
