HR Business Partner

Tasks

• You will be responsible for shaping and strengthening our HR strategy
• You will work with business leaders and managers to identify development needs

• sourcing candidates, maintaining relationships with solution providers, proactively identifying and inviting candidates to participate in recruitment projects
• Conducting recruitment processes using recruitment tools, based on diversity and inclusion principles

Requirements

• experience in developing and implementing human resources strategies
• experience in working with businesses and solving their problems
• strong communication skills
• You know how to build and maintain business-effective structures at various organizational levels
