HR Business Partner

Tasks

• You are responsible for the effective implementation of business partnerships and the team of HR consultants
• You will work with HR teams on talent acquisition, as well as employee development and retention
• You provide active and substantive support
• Consulting on the selection of appropriate recruitment processes, organizational effectiveness and innovation, and synergy between organizational units
• Conducting recruitment in the areas of internal recruitment, organizational effectiveness, and innovation, within the Operations Center
• collaboration with leaders to identify organizations, Center of Expertise

Requirements

• You know how to build and maintain business-effective teams across various organizational units
• Do you have experience in designing changes and implementing HR processes?
• You have experience in designing and/or initiating recruitment processes, managing recruitment processes, and leading cross-functional teams
• the ability to maintain effective business relationships
