HR Business Partner
The position of HR Business Partner at ING Bank in Poland involves coordinating recruitment processes, managing candidate databases, and collaborating with other departments. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR, strong communication skills, and be fluent in English.
Tasks
- engineering/design in collaboration with the HR recruitment team
- Oversight and coordination of recruitment processes
- Conducting and/or coordinating internal and external recruitment
- preparing and/or electronically submitting formal job offers
- maintaining candidate databases and using them effectively
- preparing reports on the recruitment process
- Collaborate with the L&D department to ensure that training programs are implemented effectively
- active participation in gamification projects
Requirements
- to post the list of candidates and applications in the appropriate categories
- have access to databases of information and knowledge about HR processes
- Assume full responsibility for the implementation of the relevant projects
- make sure that all colleagues are satisfied and engaged
- demonstrate the ability to lead teams and take responsibility
- be responsible for preparing and implementing the HR budget
- to serve as a brand ambassador during every job interview with candidates
- B2-level proficiency in English
