HR Business Partner

The position of HR Business Partner at ING Bank in Warsaw, Poland, involves responsibility for implementing and optimizing recruitment processes, as well as coordinating employee development and training initiatives. The HR Business Partner works closely with the management team to achieve business goals and develop HR solutions that meet the company's needs.

Tasks

  • Initiating and prioritizing HR decisions regarding changes and improvements to recruitment processes
  • Implementation and oversight of recruitment processes, as well as coordination of initiatives in the area of employee development and training
  • Preparing and updating HR policies and procedures in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, benefits, flexible work arrangements, working hours, annual performance reviews, compensation, and termination of employment contracts
  • Responsibility for the effective implementation and use of recruitment tools and processes
  • Collaborating with line management to prepare for recruitment processes, gaining a comprehensive understanding of business needs, and tailoring HR solutions
  • Carrying out tasks related to recruitment and supporting recruitment processes in other HR areas

Requirements

  • Ability to establish and maintain business relationships at various organizational levels
  • Extensive experience in the preparation and implementation of processes
  • Ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams
  • Experience in leading and planning team development
  • Ability to provide feedback (promotion, evaluation)
  • Possession of specialized knowledge in the field of recruitment
  • Ability to plan and monitor cross-functional processes
