HR Business Partner

Tasks

• Management of local HR processes in the areas of employment, remuneration, and employee benefits
• Cooperation with managers in solving employee problems
• Active involvement in development projects and organizational changes
• Building and maintaining relationships with employees, management, and external entities
• Responsibility for employee matters relating to remuneration and employment
• Cooperation with the team in the field of internal recruitment and development processes
• Resolving day-to-day employee issues related to office operations
• Implementation and/or modification of processes related to personnel management
• Collaboration in project teams, implementation of solutions, identification of key competencies and their development
• Management of recruitment and development processes

Requirements

• You must be fluent in spoken and written Polish.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers of the organization
• You have experience in recruitment, change management, and process implementation.
