ING Bank is seeking an HR Business Partner who has experience working between the business and HR teams and is able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have experience in change management and/or HR projects and be fluent in English.

- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in change management and/or experience in HR projects
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Experience as an HR business partner or in a supporting role
- Experience in strategy planning and process implementation
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the organization
- Experience in the field of personnel marketing and/or internal recruitment
