Tasks

• Experienced in cooperation between business and HR teams related to the implementation of changes in employee experience
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in change management and/or experience in HR projects
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Experience as an HR business partner or in a supporting role
• Experience in strategy planning and process implementation
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the organization
• Experience in the field of personnel marketing and/or internal recruitment
