What you will do
- Partner with senior leadership to align, manage and implement HR strategy
- Advising and coaching line managers in all management and personnel matters
- Management of HR processes such as recruitment, promotion and compensation reviews, talent development
- Advising managers on employee relations, performance management and organizational development
- Support and management of HR projects and HR optimization initiatives
What you need
- Certified HR Specialist or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
- Successful experience as HR Business Partner
- Reflective interpersonal and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and regulations, preferably knowledge of other jurisdictions
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
