Zuger Kantonalbank is looking for an HR Business Partner with a focus on Leadership Development (temporary for approx. 6 months) to support managers in HR topics and to implement leadership development programs. The ideal candidate has experience as an HR Business Partner and has already gained experience in Learning & Development and internal recruitment.
Job description
HR Business Partner with a focus on leadership development (temporary for approx. 6 months)Your tasks
- You support our managers with HR topics along the entire employee life cycle
- You are the hub between management and HR management with an interface function at the meeting location and for time-related tasks along the employee life cycle
- You will take responsibility for our internal HR communication and support the implementation of our leadership development program projects, including the moderation of our representation meetings
- You coordinate expert committees and bring in business-relevant issues in order to develop effective and modern HR approaches
- You will be involved in the conception of HR initiatives and support the implementation of ongoing measures in close cooperation with the specialist departments
Our requirements
- You have a degree in business administration (university, university of applied sciences) or higher specialist training in HR
- You have experience as an HR Business Partner and have already gained experience in Learning & Development and internal recruitment
- Your strengths lie in your strong analytical and conceptual thinking. You are familiar with transformation and change management and have experience as an HR Business Partner
- You have excellent communication skills and are also able to understand the needs of managers, employees and applicants
