HR Business Partner Senior

Vaudoise is looking for a HR Business Partner Senior (h/f/x) for its Ressources humaines department, who will act as a strategic partner to support the Vente & Marketing team and advise on all HR matters. The new employee will also be responsible for implementing the HR strategy and policy and promoting personnel development.

Tasks

  • Be the partner of managers and directors to accompany them in their human challenges: Integration, skills development, mobility, performance, commitment and management of complex situations;
  • Contribute to the RH and business strategy by adapting and implementing our RH policies at local level and ensuring their alignment with the company's priorities;
  • Manage key HR processes: Promotions, appraisals, pay reviews, budgets, training needs, talent management and planning;
  • Play a driving role in digital, cultural and organizational transformation by acting as a change facilitator;
  • Strengthen our culture and employer brand by promoting a positive social climate and contributing to the health and well-being of employees (particularly through the prevention of psychosocial risks);
  • Track and analyze RH metrics to support decision making and maximize value creation;
  • Lead and develop your team, consisting of 2 HR Business Partners and an HR Manager.

Requirements

  • Confirmed experience (min. 7 years) in an RH role as a strategic partner, ideally in a complex environment;
  • Native speaker of French or German with excellent knowledge of the other language (min. C1);
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern collaborative tools;
  • Recognized leadership qualities: structured, pragmatic and results-oriented, combine accuracy, dialogue skills and influence;
  • Proactive and proactive, you know how to stimulate concrete and innovative solutions for the teams and the business.
