Vaudoise is looking for a HR Business Partner Senior (h/f/x) to support the Vente & Marketing department as a strategic partner and contribute to a healthy and inclusive work environment. Tasks
- Partner for managers and leadership teams to support them with people challenges: Integration, skills development, mobility, performance, engagement and dealing with complex situations
- Contribute to HR and business strategy by adapting and implementing local HR policies and ensuring their alignment with business priorities
- Managing key HR processes: promotions, evaluations, salary reviews, budgets, training needs, talent management and planning
- Driving digital, cultural and organizational transformation by acting as a change facilitator
- Strengthening the corporate culture and employer brand by promoting a positive social climate and contributing to the health and well-being of employees (in particular by preventing psychosocial risks)
- Track and analyze HR metrics to support decision making and maximize value creation
- Management and development of a team consisting of 2 HR Business Partners and an HR Manager
Requirements
- Confirmed experience (at least 7 years) in a strategic HR partner role, ideally in a complex environment
- Native speaker of French or German with excellent command of the other language (min. C1)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern collaborative tools
- Recognized leadership qualities: structured, pragmatic and results-oriented, combined with diligence, ability to engage in dialogue and influence
- Proactive and proactive, able to develop concrete and innovative solutions for teams and companies
