HR Business Partner Senior (h/f/x)

Vaudoise is looking for a HR Business Partner Senior (h/f/x) to support the Vente & Marketing department as a strategic partner and contribute to a healthy and inclusive work environment. The candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in a similar field and have excellent leadership skills.

Overview

Tasks

  • Partner for managers and leadership teams to support them with people challenges: Integration, skills development, mobility, performance, engagement and dealing with complex situations
  • Contribute to HR and business strategy by adapting and implementing local HR policies and ensuring their alignment with business priorities
  • Managing key HR processes: promotions, evaluations, salary reviews, budgets, training needs, talent management and planning
  • Driving digital, cultural and organizational transformation by acting as a change facilitator
  • Strengthening the corporate culture and employer brand by promoting a positive social climate and contributing to the health and well-being of employees (in particular by preventing psychosocial risks)
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to support decision making and maximize value creation
  • Management and development of a team consisting of 2 HR Business Partners and an HR Manager

Requirements

  • Confirmed experience (at least 7 years) in a strategic HR partner role, ideally in a complex environment
  • Native speaker of French or German with excellent command of the other language (min. C1)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern collaborative tools
  • Recognized leadership qualities: structured, pragmatic and results-oriented, combined with diligence, ability to engage in dialogue and influence
  • Proactive and proactive, able to develop concrete and innovative solutions for teams and companies
