HR Business Partner Senior (h/f/x)

Vaudoise is looking for a HR Business Partner Senior (h/f/x) to support and guide the Vente & Marketing department in all HR matters as a strategic partner. The candidate should have experience in HR and be able to lead and develop a team of 2 HR Business Partners and a gestionnaire RH.

Tasks

  • Be the partner of managers and directors to accompany them in their human challenges: Integration, skills development, mobility, performance, commitment and management of complex situations;
  • Contribute to HR and business strategy by adapting and implementing our HR policies at a local level and ensuring they are aligned with the organization's priorities;
  • Management of key HR processes: Promotions, appraisals, salary reviews, budgets, training needs, talent management and planning;
  • Play a leading role in digital, cultural and organizational transformation by acting as a change facilitator;
  • Strengthen our culture and employer image by promoting a positive social climate and contributing to the health and well-being of employees (particularly through the prevention of psychosocial risks);
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to support decision making and maximize value creation;
  • Lead and develop your team, consisting of 2 HR Business Partners and an HR Manager.

Requirements

  • Confirmed experience (at least 7 years) in a strategic HR partner role, ideally in a complex environment;
  • Native speaker of French or German with excellent knowledge of the other language (min. C1);
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern collaborative tools;
  • Recognized leadership qualities: structured, pragmatic and results-oriented, combine accuracy, dialogue skills and influence;
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, you can initiate concrete and innovative solutions for the teams and the company.
