Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/x)

Your Role and Responsibilities

• To serve as a partner to managers and senior leadership, supporting them in addressing their human resources challenges: onboarding, skills development, mobility, performance, engagement, and managing complex situations;
• Contribute to HR and business strategy by adapting and developing our HR policies at the local level and ensuring they are aligned with the company's priorities;
• Oversee key HR processes: promotions, performance reviews, hiring, salaries, budgets, training needs, talent management, and talent planning;
• Track and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and maximize value creation;
• Manage and develop your team, which consists of 2 HR Business Partners and 2 managers.

Votre profil

• Proven experience (at least 7 years) in an HR partner role within a complex environment (ideally in the financial sector);
• Native speaker of French or German with a very good command of the other language (min. B2);
• Strength with Microsoft 365 and modern collaboration tools;
• Recognized leadership: structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented;
• Proactive and full of fresh ideas, you know how to implement concrete and innovative solutions that benefit both the teams and the business.
