HR Consultant 60–80% (f/m/d)

Tasks

  • Consulting, coaching, and support for managers in performing their leadership tasks and for employees throughout the entire employee life cycle
  • Promoting a strong partnership with the company at all levels, regular exchange with senior management on important HR topics
  • Handling complex employee relations cases in close cooperation with our legal department and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Support with recruitment and onboarding together with our Talent Acquisition Desk (TAD)
  • Supporting HR business partners in the implementation of core HR processes such as compensation, performance appraisal, talent management, reorganization, etc., in close cooperation with other HR departments

Requirements

  • Relevant education and professional experience, ideally in the field of HR
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role (at least 2 years), preferably in the financial sector
  • Ability to advise, coach and recruit staff
  • Self-confidence in dealing with managers and employees with different personalities in an international environment
  • Ability to build an internal network based on credibility and trust, integrity and discretion are essential
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and demanding environment and to deal with different cultures and backgrounds
  • Natural team player, empathetic and resilient personality, charisma, persuasiveness, and good judgment
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in French and English
  • Confident use of relevant IT systems (MS Office, Workday)
