HR Consultant 60–80% (f/m/d)
We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant (60-80%) to join our team in Geneva and advise and support our organization on HR matters. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in HR, particularly in the financial sector, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
Tasks
- Consulting, coaching, and support for executives in their managerial and leadership roles, as well as for employees throughout their entire employee life cycle
- Promoting a strong partnership with the business at all levels of the organization, regular communication with senior management on key HR issues
- Handling complex employee relations matters in close cooperation with our HR legal department and other internal and external stakeholders
- Support with recruitment and onboarding together with our Talent Acquisition Desk (TAD)
- Supporting HR business partners in implementing core HR processes such as compensation, performance appraisal, talent management, reorganization, etc., in close cooperation with other HR units
Your profile
- Relevant academic and professional background, ideally in human resources management
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role (at least 2 years), preferably in the financial sector
- Experience in consulting, coaching, and recruitment
- Confidence in dealing with managers and employees with different personalities in an international environment
- Ability to build an internal network based on credibility and trust; integrity and discretion are essential
- Ability to respond to a constantly changing and demanding environment and to deal with different cultures and backgrounds
- Natural team player, empathetic and resilient personality, charisma, persuasiveness, and good judgment
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law
- Sophisticated verbal and written communication and presentation skills in French and English
- Proficient user of relevant IT systems (MS Office, Workday)
