Tasks

  • Responsibility for providing comprehensive HR advice to line management and employees in a diverse workforce in Geneva (Private Banking, COO, CRO etc.)
  • Advising, coaching and supporting line managers in the performance of their management and leadership functions and employees throughout the entire employee life cycle
  • Promotion of a strong partnership with the company at all levels, regular exchange with line management on important HR topics
  • Handling complex employee relations cases in close cooperation with our HR legal department and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Support in recruitment by preparing search processes, selecting and presenting candidates, managing negotiations and onboarding employees
  • Support HR business partners in the implementation of core HR processes such as compensation-performance review, talent management, reorganizations, etc. in close cooperation with other HR competence centers
  • Redundancy and exit management: support for line managers and employees in all types of exit scenarios
  • Maintenance of our core HR system "HR Connect" (Workday) and continuous development of own expertise in handling
  • Active participation in HR projects

Requirements

  • Relevant educational and professional experience, ideally in HR
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role (at least 5 years), preferably in the financial sector
  • Ability to advise, coach and recruit staff
  • Confidence in dealing with senior managers, line managers and employees with different personalities in an international environment
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Confidence in dealing with relevant IT systems (MS Office, Workday)
