HR Digital Transformation Specialist
Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is seeking an HR Digitalization Specialist to coordinate the digital transformation of HR services and lead HR projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR data, developing an HR information system, and analyzing processes.
Job description
The position of HR Digitalization Specialist (80–100%) involves the following responsibilities:- Coordination of the digital transformation of HR services
- Management of HR projects, particularly in the context of process digitization
- Management of HR data with the aim of ensuring data quality, security, and governance
- Development and maintenance of a high-performance HR information system (HRIS)
- Providing HR data to managers based on their needs
- Analysis and Optimization of HR Department Processes
- Preparation of HR reports on topics such as HR, RSE/ESG, risks, etc.
- Processing various surveys
- Supporting and guiding employees through change (training, guidelines, manuals)
Requirements
The following requirements apply to this position:- In-depth knowledge of HR services, as well as excellent proficiency with IT tools and the SAP-SF system
- Ability to manage projects
- Good analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence
- A trustworthy, conscientious, and reliable person with strong interpersonal skills
- Native speaker of German or French with a good command of the other language
