Migros Bank is looking for an HR Project Manager (all) for a fixed-term position until 30.06.2026. The position includes the management of HR projects, in particular in the area of SAP SuccessFactors and the introduction of new HR information systems.

Tasks
- Personalinformationssysteme auf Basis von SAP SuccessFactors (SF) mit den Modulen EC/ECP, UAG, On-boarding, Recruitment und Compensation
- Einführung einer neuen, weltweiten basierenden auf MAPS
Profile
- German (business fluent)
- French (an advantage)
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) im Bereich HR, Wirtschaftsinfoformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft mit Fokus auf HR Prozesse
- mind. 2 bis 5 Jahre Projektleitung
- Fundierte Systemkenntnisse im SAP SuccessFactors
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Projektverantwortung in Digitalisierungs- oder Systemeinführungsprojekten
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Kommunikationsstarke, strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Umsetzungslast
