HR Generalist

Field of activity

• Management or collaboration on HR projects and cultural initiatives (e.g., process optimization, digitization of HR processes, engagement and leadership measures)

Profile

• Education: completed degree (e.g., HR, business administration, psychology; master's degree is an advantage)
• Additional training/e.g., balanced scorecard, HR systems/process management, process management, moderation, change management
• Work experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist; ideally in the financial sector or a highly regulated environment
• Expertise & methods: excellent knowledge of Austrian labor law and experience in project management
• Personal skills: structured, solution-oriented approach to work, proactive, empathetic; confident manner
