HR Generalist
LGT Bank Austria is seeking an HR generalist to take on the management of or collaboration in HR projects and cultural initiatives and to play an active role in HR management at the Austrian branch. The ideal candidate will have experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist, particularly in the financial sector or a highly regulated environment.
Field of activity
- Management or collaboration on HR projects and cultural initiatives (e.g., process optimization, digitization of HR processes, engagement and leadership measures)
Profile
- Education: completed degree (e.g., HR, business administration, psychology; advantageous: master's degree or additional qualifications such as personnel administration, change management)
- Work experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist; ideally in the financial sector or a highly regulated environment
- Expertise & methods: excellent knowledge of Austrian labor law and experience in project management
- Personal skills: structured, solution-oriented approach to work, proactive, empathetic, cooperative; confident manner
