HR Generalist

Tasks

• Responsibility for HR administration throughout the entire HR life cycle
• Preparation, control, and shared responsibility for payroll processing
• Contact person for employees and managers regarding operational HR issues
• Advice on labor law and regulatory issues
• Active participation in the transformation project for the harmonization and integration of HR processes
• Ensuring smooth HR operations during the integration phase
• Support with selected recruitment processes, if necessary

Requirements

• Independence, integrity, and a winning attitude
• Completed training as an HR specialist or comparable qualification
• High level of initiative, responsible and structured approach to work
• Solution-oriented thinking and enjoyment of operational implementation
• Very good knowledge of German (min. C1)
